  • Rides are available between 7am and 5pm - Monday through Friday. If you need to schedule a trip outside of these hours you can call us at (833) 479-46700 to check availability of services.

  • Our drivers undergo extensive background checks that include: Criminal, Sexual Predator, and Driving History. They are also tested for their experience and understanding of Mobility, Transfers, and Hygiene. Drivers undergo continuing education in order to be current on transportation procedures and safety.

  • Unlike Taxi’s or App based drivers, our drivers will come to your door to provide assistance. This includes safely assisting riders in and out of their residence and in and out of the vehicle. Our drivers will also assist you safely into your destination.

  • We need 48 to 72 hours notice prior to your transportation need. This allows our schedulers time to ensure a dependable driver is available for your specific transportation need.

  • Transportation is not limited to doctors or medical appointments. Need to get out to the grocery store, shopping center, restaurant, social outings, and family gatherings. Our services are designed to assist seniors and disabled individuals to remain independent.

  • Once your transportation has been booked and confirmed, our office team will reach out prior to your transport to secure payment. We cannot bill insurance such as Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

  • If you have to cancel your scheduled transportation we only ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Scheduled transportation cancelled less than 24 hours is assessed a cancellation fee.

  • We do not provide specialized transportation via ambulance van or wheelchair van at this time. We require our riders to have a minimum mobility requirement of being able to stand from a wheelchair and transfer to a vehicle with only the assistance of a driver to steady you during the transfer process. Your safety is always our primary concern.
