Hourly Care service is defined as 4 hours or more of continuous assistance services. The longer service visits gives the caregiver / provider the ability to complete a combination of different services to the client. From Bathing & Hygiene assistance, to Light Housekeeping & Laundry service, to Pet Care. Drop-In Visits are designed for more convenience and affordability. Drop-In Visits can be used for preparing / warming a meal, changing briefs / diapers, medication reminders, or a welfare check. 2 or 3 hour Drop-In Visit can bring relief for families looking for Bathing / Bed Bath assistance with dressing, bedding changes, or laundry. Drop-In services provide for more flexibility with services. If you are a Texas families caring for their loved one at home we are here to help.

Our services are designed for families that are caring for a loved one. Maybe you need to take a break from care or you just need a little extra help. You don’t have to sign up for a certain number of visits per week or month. Scheduled visits can be changed with as little as 24 hours notice.

This is the second most asked question we get. There are a lot of factors to consider when it comes to caregiver consistency. It is easier to have a regular caregiver if you have a regular schedule. While we can’t guarantee it will be the same caregiver every visit. We make every effort to match caregivers up with clients that match those schedules and care experience.

We need 48 to 72 hours to complete the admissions process. This allows our team to create an individualized care plan and to assign the most appropriate caregiver(s) for the requested service.

We only require deposits on clients that schedule 40 hours or more per week. For clients scheduling less than 40 hours per week we require a credit/debit card or bank account number to be held on file. We bill for our services weekly and invoices can be paid with your payment method of choice.

We only accept Long Term Care insurance for services at this time. We are not part of the Texas medicaid network for home care. Medicare and replacement plans do not yet cover Personal Assistance Services.

We are the only agency in the industry that guarantees a caregiver / provider will be available for your scheduled service or you will receive a no-charge credit for your next service visit.

Our caregivers are some of the highest paid in the areas we serve. Each caregiver has to submit to 4 different background checks. We test our caregivers for competency before they are invited to interview for a position on our care team. Our caregivers continue to receive education and certifications monthly.
