*All stated rates are subject to change without notice. Rates may be higher and may be dependent upon client location, service times, living situation, or couple service. Rate will be presented to clients at time of client assessment. We do require a minimum of 8 hours for overnight services and overnight service must start prior to 10pm. Regular service visits start as early as 8am or no later than 8pm.

  • In-Home Care service covers more individual services and requires a minimum visit time of 4 hours. Bathing Care is a shorter visit that is typically focused on client hygiene. This shorter visit may involve either a shower or bed bath. This service is billed on a per visit basis vs. hourly & only allows for a maximum of 2 hours per visit. Visit start times vary based on available caregiver schedules.

  • Drop In visits are typically 1 hour or less. Most clients use them to check on family, remind to take medications, warm up or prepare a a meal, help with basic light housekeeping chores, run a quick errand, or change client briefs or pull ups. This is billed on a per visit basis with a maximum of 1 hour per visit. Visits start times vary based on available caregiver schedules.

  • Our services are designed for families that are caring for a loved one. Maybe you need to take a break from care or you just need a little extra help. You don’t have to sign up for a certain number of visits per week or month. Scheduled visits can be changed with as little as 24 hours notice.

  • This is the second most asked question we get. There are a lot of factors to consider when it comes to caregiver consistency. It is easier to have a regular caregiver if you have a regular schedule. While we can’t guarantee it will be the same caregiver every visit. We make every effort to match caregivers up with clients that match those schedules and care experience.

  • We need 48 to 72 hours to complete the admissions process. This allows our team to create an individualized care plan and to assign the most appropriate caregiver(s) for the requested service.

  • We only require deposits on clients that schedule 40 hours or more per week. For clients scheduling less than 40 hours per week we require a credit/debit card or bank account number to be held on file. We bill for our services weekly and invoices can be paid with your payment method of choice.

  • We only accept Long Term Care insurance for services at this time. We are not part of the Texas medicaid network for home care. Medicare and replacement plans do not yet cover Personal Assistance Services.

  • You will have a service agreement and client individualized service plans. You can change your schedules or cancel services with as little as 24 hours notice.

  • Our caregivers are some of the highest paid in the areas we serve. Each caregiver has to submit to 4 different background checks. We test our caregivers for competency before they are invited to interview for a position on our care team.
